If a trip or part of is cancelled by the operator:
For example one of the activities may be cancelled due to bad conditions, and a full or partial refund is authorized by the operator, you need to contact us. Please explain the reason for the full or partial refund and the person you spoke to. We will then credit your original card the agreed refund amount.
If the cancellation has been made by the operator concerned for any reason, a cancellation fee will not apply.
If you wish to cancel the booking:
You will need to contact us at your earliest opportunity. Please advise why you cancelled the booking and the person you spoke to.
Re-scheduling:
Activities can often be rescheduled if sufficient advanced warning is given to us. This can be done by calling us on 0800 338 736. There is usually no charge for this.
Risk:
We advise that these activities do carry some degree of risk. In many cases you will be asked to sign a disclaimer to that effect. By participating in the activity you are expressly assuming those risks personally (signed disclaimer) and are releasing us from any liability, additional expenses, claims, damages or losses of any nature.
